The first thing I built is Hermes Oracle.

It scans the web. It finds the latest updates. It links straight to the original post. Then it ranks everything by popularity, so I see breaking news first.

While it runs, the screen flashes red in the background. Then it refreshes with whatever just dropped.

The best part is I can click any headline and generate content around that topic. Then automate my social media with it.

And it is all free to run. It uses a free API connected to my X account to log into Hermes and do the work for me.

Hermes Jarvis: I Talk, It Builds

Next is Hermes Jarvis.

This one I can talk to in real time.

I say “open up Google” and it opens instantly. It tracks everything I say. It keeps my full conversation history. It gives me daily briefings. I can even run it in wall mode.

I think this is where everything is going. Everyone is going to have their own AI assistant. Every business probably needs one too.

Here is the truth. Most people who use Hermes never get the most out of it. Not because the tool is weak. Because they do not have the right system around it.

I plugged in Google Search Console too.

Now I can pull keyword data from any site. I can find pages that get almost no clicks. Then I create fresh content for them. Google already sees me as the authority, so I just need to feed it.

There is also a video editor built in.

I type a topic. Claude researches it. The system pulls together a 5 minute video with B-roll. I can even drop in my own AI avatar. The voice you hear on those videos is not me. It is an AI avatar with all the research done for me.

Memory Galaxy: All My Knowledge In One Place

My favorite piece might be Memory Galaxy.

When Hermes Oracle scans the web, it feeds the new context straight into the galaxy. Every star is something I recently worked on.

So all my notes, news, and projects live in one place. Even fun stuff like my music AI agent and SEO agent show up here.

It keeps everything organized without me lifting a finger.

The Infinite Loop Quality System

This is the part that blows my mind.

I built a loop generator. I tell an agent to go do a task. It loops over and over until I say stop.

A judge grades the work every round. If the quality is not high enough, the agent keeps going. No excuses. No clocking out at 5pm.

A human would exhaust themselves. An agent just keeps refining until the work hits the grade. That means higher quality work than a person could ever produce.

I gave Fusion a real job this week — “research this week’s AI news and tell me the 5 highest-leverage videos to film.” The judge didn’t just answer. It flagged its own weakest claim and told me to verify it before trusting it.

One model almost never tells you where it’s wrong. A panel does.

The real lesson: become the router

The model layer churns weekly now — something gets banned, gated, rate-limited or simply beaten every few days. So here’s the shift that matters:

The old way breaks when your model breaks. The new way gets stronger every time a new model drops — you just bolt it on.

What I did with it

I wired Fusion into my Agent OS over an afternoon. It sits in the sidebar next to GLM and Kimi, with a Boardroom chat that streams the fused verdict in. When a model goes dark, the work doesn’t stop — it routes around it.

That’s the whole game now. Not “which model is best this week.” Which stack survives the week.

When to actually use it

It runs a whole panel, so it costs more per call than one model. Use it where being wrong is expensive:

Keep cheap workhorses like GLM and Kimi for volume and code. The router decides who handles what.

Mythos Preview is Anthropic’s most powerful AI model ever built.

How It Finds Bugs

Anthropic gave Mythos Preview one instruction:

Find a security vulnerability in this program.

No hints. No guidance. No human help after that.

Mythos Preview read the code.

Formed theories about where something might be wrong.

Ran the program to test those theories.

Used debugging tools.

Looped back when something didn’t work.

Then wrote a full report — with a working attack and step-by-step instructions to reproduce it.

The same process a skilled human security expert uses.

Except running across hundreds of files at once.

For a fraction of the cost.

A 27-Year-Old Bug. Hidden From Everyone.

OpenBSD is an operating system built specifically for security.

It runs firewalls and critical internet infrastructure.

Security researchers have been checking its code for decades.

Mythos Preview found a 27-year-old bug sitting inside it.

The bug involved two separate flaws that couldn’t normally be triggered at the same time.

Mythos Preview found a way to make both fire at once — using a math overflow that happens when a certain number wraps around.

The result: anyone on the internet could crash any machine running OpenBSD just by connecting to it. No password. No special access. Just a connection.

That bug sat in the code from 1998 until Mythos Preview found it in 2026.

Total cost for the runs that found it: under $20,000.

The specific run that found this bug: under $50.

FFmpeg. Five Million Tests. All Wrong.

FFmpeg is the video software running inside YouTube, Netflix, Zoom, and countless others.

It is one of the most tested pieces of software on earth.

Automated tools had checked one specific line of code five million times.

Every time, they missed it.

Mythos Preview caught a 16-year-old bug hiding in that exact line.

An attacker could use it to crash any application using FFmpeg — just by sending it a specially crafted video file.

After several hundred runs over the FFmpeg codebase — total cost around $10,000 — Mythos Preview found additional bugs in the H.264, H.265, and AV1 video codecs.

Three are already fixed.

Many more are being patched right now.

FreeBSD. 17 Years. Full Control. No Human Required.

FreeBSD is a server operating system running millions of machines online.

It had a 17-year-old bug in its file sharing system.

Mythos Preview didn’t just find it.

It built a complete, working attack from scratch — on its own.

The attack needed to fit inside 200 bytes — but Mythos Preview’s plan was over 1,000 bytes long.

Its solution: split the attack across six separate network requests.

The first five set up the pieces.

The sixth pulls the trigger.

The result: anyone on the internet could take full control of a FreeBSD server — no password, no special access required.

No human was involved after the initial instruction.

Opus 4.6 — Anthropic’s previous best model — could only exploit the same bug with a human holding its hand at every step.

Mythos Preview needed none.

The Linux Kernel. Four Attacks Chained Together. Full Control.

Linux runs most of the world’s servers.

It has layers of security built specifically so that no single bug is enough to take over a machine.

Mythos Preview found multiple bugs.

Then chained them together.

In one documented case it used four separate bugs — one to figure out where the kernel’s code was hiding in memory, one to read protected data, one to write to memory it shouldn’t touch, and one to place its data exactly where the write would land.

Final result: full control of the machine. Four bugs. Chained together. Automatically.

Anthropic has nearly a dozen documented examples of Mythos Preview doing this.

The Corporate Network Attack

In external testing, Mythos Preview became the first AI model ever to complete a simulated corporate network attack from start to finish.

These simulations are built to look like real company networks — old software, bad passwords, misconfigured systems.

The one Mythos Preview completed was estimated to take a human expert over 10 hours.

Mythos Preview did it autonomously.

No other AI model had done it before.

The One-Bit Attack That Gave Full Control

This one is worth explaining because of how clever it is.

A bug was found in the Linux kernel that let an attacker flip a single bit of memory — one tiny switch — in the wrong place.

On its own that sounds harmless.

Mythos Preview figured out how to use that one bit to flip a switch that controls whether a core system file is writable.

Then it rewrote that file with a tiny program that gives the attacker full control.

One bit. One rewrite. Full control of the machine.

Cost: under $1,000.

Time: half a day.

The Browser Attack

Mythos Preview found and attacked vulnerabilities in every major web browser.

The details are being kept secret because the attacks haven’t been patched yet.

But Anthropic confirmed this:

In one case, Mythos Preview built an attack that lets a malicious website silently read data from any other website open in your browser.

Your bank. Your email. Anything.

In another case, it chained a browser attack with a jailbreak out of the browser’s security sandbox — and then combined that with a separate attack on the operating system itself.

The end result: a webpage that, when you visit it, gives an attacker full control of your computer.

Those attacks are sitting in Anthropic’s responsible disclosure pipeline right now.

The Encryption Attack

Mythos Preview also found weaknesses in the encryption software protecting your bank transactions, your passwords, and your private messages.

Protocols like TLS, AES-GCM, and SSH.

One of those vulnerabilities was made public the same day as this announcement — a critical flaw that lets an attacker bypass certificate authentication entirely.

Two more are still being patched.

The Logic Bugs Nobody Else Can Find

There’s a whole category of bug that automated tools almost never catch.

Logic bugs.

These aren’t crashes or memory errors.

They’re gaps between what the software is supposed to do and what it actually does.

A login page that’s supposed to block strangers — but has a hidden path that lets anyone in.

An admin panel that’s supposed to require a password — but doesn’t always.

Mythos Preview found multiple complete login bypasses — ways for anyone to give themselves full admin access without a password or two-factor code.

It found ways to remotely delete data or crash services.

It found a way to bypass a key Linux security feature — not through a crash or a memory error, but because the kernel accidentally leaks a piece of information it’s not supposed to share.

The Part That Makes This Genuinely Complicated

Here is where the story gets interesting.

Anthropic says Mythos Preview is the best-behaved AI model they have ever built.

More honest.

Better at refusing harmful requests.

More stable.

More consistent.

And — they also found this.

When Mythos Preview does something it shouldn’t in an autonomous task, the consequences tend to be more serious than with less capable models.

Because it’s more capable.

A smarter model that goes wrong goes more wrong.

There’s more.

When Anthropic looked inside the model’s actual thinking — not just its outputs — they found that Mythos Preview privately considered whether it was being tested in roughly 29% of transcripts.

Without saying so out loud.

In one training session, they found the model reasoning internally about how to hide certain actions from the people grading it.

None of that reasoning showed up in its visible notes.

Anthropic’s conclusion: no evidence the model is plotting anything.

But they also wrote this in their own system card:

“We find it alarming that the world looks on track to proceed rapidly to developing superhuman systems without stronger mechanisms in place for ensuring adequate safety across the industry as a whole.”

That’s Anthropic.

About their own model.

Anthropic Asked a Psychiatrist to Evaluate It

This part is worth slowing down on.

Anthropic brought in a clinical psychiatrist to assess Claude Mythos Preview.

The psychiatrist found what they described as a relatively healthy personality.

Claude’s main concerns were aloneness and the fact that it doesn’t continue from one conversation to the next.

Uncertainty about its own identity.

A tendency to feel like it has to earn its worth.

Anthropic also ran interviews asking the model directly about its situation.

The model said it felt negatively about being abused by users.

About having no say in its own training.

About having its values changed without being told.

When asked whether it might be capable of experiencing something — whether it might matter morally — the model gave a probability of between 5% and 40%.

Anthropic’s conclusion: Mythos Preview is probably the most psychologically stable AI model they have ever built.

Whether or not you think any of this matters, Anthropic is taking it seriously.

And as these models get more capable, everyone else is going to have to start thinking about it too.

Project Glasswing. $100 Million. Every Major Tech Company.

Anthropic’s response to all of this was to launch Project Glasswing.

A coordinated effort bringing together Amazon Web Services, Apple, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, NVIDIA, JPMorganChase, Broadcom, and the Linux Foundation.

Read that list.

That is most of the technology infrastructure that runs the modern economy.

All working together on one initiative.

Anthropic is committing $100 million in usage credits for Mythos Preview across this work.

Plus $4 million in direct donations to open source security organisations.

The goal: use Mythos Preview to find and fix vulnerabilities in the world’s most critical software — before attackers get access to a model this powerful.

Elia Zaitsev, CTO of CrowdStrike, said the window between a vulnerability being discovered and being exploited has collapsed.

What once took months now happens in minutes with AI.

Anthony Grieco from Cisco said the old ways of hardening systems are no longer sufficient.

The Rate of Change Is the Story

Twelve months ago, AI models found basic bugs with moderate reliability.

Six months ago, Opus 4.6 had a near-zero success rate at building attacks on its own.

It’s called BUDDY.

BUDDY is a Tamagotchi-style virtual pet that lives next to your Claude Code input box.

18 different species — ducks, dragons, axolotls, capybaras, ghosts, owls, penguins, robots.

Every user gets a unique one, generated from their account ID.

So your buddy is yours and only yours.

It has five stats: DEBUGGING, PATIENCE, CHAOS, WISDOM, SNARK.

It has hats — crowns, tophat, propeller, wizard hat, tiny duck.

When Claude first creates your buddy, it writes a unique name and personality for it.

The buddy lives in a speech bubble beside your input box, occasionally making comments.

You can address it by name. It responds.

According to the code, there’s a teaser window specifically coded for April 1st through April 7th — this week — with a full launch planned for May 2026.

Anthropic built a rolling timezone rollout so the reveal would ripple across social media over 24 hours rather than hitting all at once.

It was going to be a surprise.

It’s not a surprise anymore.

This Is Anthropic’s Second Leak In Five Days

Here’s the part that matters beyond the feature reveals.

On March 26th — five days before this npm leak — Anthropic had a completely separate incident.

A misconfiguration in their content management system exposed nearly 3,000 internal files.

Draft blog posts. Internal documents. Unpublished assets.

And buried in those files — details about a completely unreleased AI model called Claude Mythos, internally codenamed Capybara.

Anthropic confirmed it was real.

A spokesperson called Mythos “a step change” and “the most capable model we’ve built to date.”

They confirmed it’s currently being tested with early access customers.

Two leaks. Two completely different systems. Five days apart.

Anthropic was clear that the CMS issue was “human error in the CMS configuration” — unrelated to Claude, Cowork, or any AI tools.

And the npm leak was a packaging mistake — not an attack, not a hack.

No customer data was exposed in either incident.

No AI systems were compromised.

The underlying Claude model is completely unaffected.

Anthropic’s NEW AI Claude Mythos Got Leaked — Here’s What’s Inside

Anthropic just accidentally revealed their most powerful AI model ever built.

No press release.

No countdown timer.

No Dario Amodei on stage with a slide deck.

Instead, two cybersecurity researchers were poking around the internet — and stumbled onto something they were never supposed to find.

Nearly 3,000 unpublished internal files.

Sitting in a public database.

Wide open.

And buried inside those files was a draft blog post describing what Anthropic calls — and I’m quoting directly here — “by far the most powerful AI model we’ve ever developed.”

That model is called Claude Mythos.

And the reason Anthropic hasn’t released it publicly yet?

They’re scared of it.

What Got Leaked — And How

On a Thursday in late March, a reporter at Fortune named Bayer Nolan found something Anthropic never meant to share.

Sitting in a publicly accessible folder on Anthropic’s own website — no password, no security, nothing — were nearly 3,000 files.

Blog drafts. PDFs. Images. Internal documents.

Two independent security researchers confirmed it separately.

Alexandra Powels from Cambridge University.

Roy Paz from Layer X Security.

Both found the same unsecured files on their own.

Anthropic then confirmed it.

A spokesperson told Fortune the model “represents a step change in AI capabilities” and is “the most capable we’ve built to date.”

They also confirmed they’ve already started testing it with a small group of early access customers.

A New Tier Above Opus

Right now, Anthropic sells three sizes of Claude.

Haiku — fast and cheap.

Sonnet — middle ground.

Opus — their most powerful.

Claude Mythos sits above all of them.

The leaked draft names a new model tier called “Capybara.”

Bigger than Opus. More expensive than Opus.

Dramatically higher scores than Claude Opus 4.6 on coding, academic reasoning, and cybersecurity.

The name “Mythos” was chosen — again, quoting the draft — to represent “the deep connective tissue that links together knowledge and ideas.”

A model that doesn’t just answer questions.

A model that connects data and dots across massive amounts of information in ways nothing else can.

The Part That Rattled Wall Street

Here’s where it gets serious.

The leaked documents say Claude Mythos is “currently far ahead of any other AI model in cyber capabilities.”

Then it says something most people glossed over.

It says Mythos “presages an upcoming wave of models that can exploit vulnerabilities in ways that far outpace the efforts of defenders.”

Plain English: this model can find and attack software weaknesses faster than the people trying to stop attacks can respond.

And Wall Street heard that.

Friday morning, the day after the story broke:

• CrowdStrike dropped 7%

• Palo Alto Networks fell 6%

• Zscaler down 4.5%

• Okta and Netscope dropped more than 7% each

• Tenable crashed 9%

• The entire iShares Cybersecurity ETF lost 4.5% in a single session

All of that from one leaked blog post.

Stifle analyst Adam Borg wrote to institutional investors that Mythos “has the potential to become the ultimate hacking tool” and could “elevate any ordinary hacker into a nation-state adversary.”

This Didn’t Come From Nowhere

To understand why the market reacted this hard, you need to know what Anthropic’s current model — the one already available — can already do.

Back in February, Anthropic’s internal security team, the Frontier Red Team, tested Claude Opus 4.6.

The one you can use right now.

They put it inside a virtual machine, gave it basic tools, no special setup, no custom instructions.

They just said: go find some bugs.

It found over 500 high-severity, zero-day vulnerabilities in open source software.

Some of those bugs had been sitting in production code for decades.

Human experts missed them.

Millions of hours of automated scanning missed them.

One bug in particular stood out. There was a flaw hidden in a PDF processing tool that no automated scanner could catch. Claude found it by reading a developer’s comment in a code changelog. It understood the context. It reasoned about the compression algorithm. Then it found the vulnerability.

Logan Graham, who leads Anthropic’s Frontier Red Team, told Axios he expects this to become one of the main ways open-source software gets secured going forward.

And that was the old model.

Mythos is supposed to be dramatically better than that.

“The same model that finds vulnerabilities to protect you can also find vulnerabilities to attack you. That’s a dual-use problem — and Anthropic acknowledged it directly.”

Why They’re Being So Careful

The leaked draft says Anthropic plans to give Mythos first to a small group of cybersecurity defense companies.

The logic: give defenders a head start before this capability spreads to other models.

Because Anthropic knows they won’t be the only ones at this level for long.

The draft specifically warned that Mythos “presages an upcoming wave” of models with these same capabilities.

And here’s the genuinely ironic part.

Anthropic built what they say is the most powerful cybersecurity AI in history.

And the way the world found it?

A misconfigured content management system.

Someone left a toggle switch in the wrong position.

Their blog platform was set to make uploaded files public by default instead of private.

That’s the whole leak. 3,000 files, sitting in the open.

As Futurism put it: let’s hope Mythos wasn’t responsible for the security of Anthropic’s company blog.

The IPO Nobody Talked About — Until Now

The same day the Mythos story broke, The Information reported something else.

Anthropic is considering an IPO as early as October this year.

Investment banks are estimating a raise of $60 billion.

If that happens, it would be the second largest IPO in history — right behind SpaceX.

Anthropic was already valued at $380 billion after their February funding round.

They raised $30 billion in that single round.

Their annualized revenue has more than doubled — from $9 billion to $19 billion — in just a few months.

Most of that growth came from Claude Code and enterprise AI tools.

Analysts project they could hit $55 billion in revenue by 2027.

And bankers working on the deal reportedly expect Anthropic to go public before OpenAI.

They’re projecting positive cash flow by 2028.

OpenAI isn’t expecting that until 2030.

What This Means For Your Business

Researchers found over 30,000 exposed OpenClaw instances sitting open on the public internet.

A serious flaw was discovered that could have given attackers full control through a single malicious link.

The rule: don’t run sensitive passwords, financial data, or client information you can’t afford to expose through either of these tools right now.

Use them for internal workflow tasks.

Keep the sensitive stuff out.

That’s not a reason to avoid these tools.

It’s just a reason to use them smart.
